Why FacePalm Lab exists
Most free tools for faces and text ask you to upload a photo or sign up first, and few explain what happens next. FacePalm Lab takes the opposite approach. Tools run in your browser wherever possible, nothing needs an account, and every tool explains how it works and where it falls short.
The name says where the site is heading. Text tools are live today, and tools for your face and your palm are planned.
Who builds it
FacePalm Lab is built and run by Muhammad Zeeshan, a senior software engineer who writes every guide, tests every tool on real phones and computers, and reviews each article by hand before it goes live.

I am a senior software engineer who got tired of fun online tools that wanted your photo, your email and your patience before they gave you a laugh. I built FacePalm Lab to scratch my own itch, test every tool myself, and keep improving it because a lot of other people had the same itch. There is no support queue or chatbot here. If you find a bug, have an idea, or just want to say hello, your message reaches me directly and I read every one myself.
Editorial principles
- Privacy first. Text tools run in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us. If we add photo tools, they will explain what happens to your photo before you use them.
- Honest results. Every tool page says how accurate it is and what it cannot do. Our results are for fun.
- Kind by default. Our face tools never call any feature good or bad, and we never suggest changing your body.
- Original work. Our palettes, diagrams and writing are made in house. We do not copy other color systems or use photos of real people.
- Tested advice. Tips in our articles come from trying them with our own tools on real phones and computers.
- Fix mistakes fast. If we get something wrong, we correct it and update the date on the page.
Free to use
